The role of customer care specialist will provide inside sales and support within the Products & Services department in North American Exhibitions business unit with GES.
Service products include but are not limited to; Flooring, Logistics (shipping), standard and specialty furniture, graphics, audio visual, and exhibit systems (booth rentals).
The Products & Services team key functions include selecting new products for offering, project management for product launches, selling the products and services, tracking products sales and other relevant KPIs, and adjusting to market demands.
Strong customer service, written and verbal commutation skills required. Handle customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow-through while maintaining a top-notch professional demeanor.
